Processing /Shipping times

Orders will be filled after the close of the conference. Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for processing after the close of the show.

Return policy:

All sales are final as described and we do not allow returns. To keep cost down we are not able to honor returns for items. We buy and sale close out items to pass the savings on to you so in an effort to keep our prices as low as possible we do not accept returns or give refunds. In the event we ship the wrong item out or we verify there was an error on our end after items are delivered, we will consider a refund via paypal after our review and approval. You will be assigned a case number. We urge you to ask all question before purchasing to avoid such situations. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fee's associated with their purchases in the event a exchange or return is necessary.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have any issue contact us at allthatandsum1@gmail.com we will service you in a timely manner.

Refunds on out of stock items
You will be notified if an item is out of stock via your contact information. We will issue a full refund on any item that for some reason cannot be processed.
